-In the local area there is: a local GP, a chemist, a variety of grocery stores within a minute to a 2 minute walk away (LIDL, Sainsbury, Iceland, Tesco). There is also a local Butcher next to Stockwell Station. Or alternatively there is the vibrant Brixton Market, ten minutes or so away, where they sell fresh local produce.

-The residency is also located closely to South-London's nightlife, just being across the road from the Swan (a bar / club) and down the road from Clapham High-Street where there are a variety of local clubs, restaurants and also shops!
