**This room is in principle for 3 nights max per week**

A bright and spacious apartment in a quiet street, with a pleasant view on a nice local Park. The room on offer is a mid-size double room (not huge though), with ample wardrobe space.

You will be sharing with me, a Dutch guy who works in Media. I'm laid-back, considerate and never party at home. Looking for a considerate, friendly and tidy lodger. I have my own room upstairs, which is not in the photos.

Location is in Stockwell, close to Clapham, Battersea and Brixton. Northern and Victoria Lines are close-by as well ample bus connections.

Price is all inclusive (incl internet, cleaner etc). Some aspects might be flexible / up for negotiation., incl how many days per week.

Ideally I find somebody who can take the room from somewhere in October onwards.
