I have a double room in a lovely terrace overlooking Larkhall Park to sublet from 24 May to 23 August. The house has a shared living space with TV and open plan kitchen, and a small patio out back. You'll be sharing with two friendly & fun young professionals.
The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Stockwell tube (Victoria & Northern lines) and to supermarkets including a Lidl. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and there is additional storage space downstairs. I'm happy to provide bedding if you have just moved to London and you need some to get you started.
ALL bills included, including broadband, utilities, water and council tax.
I can be flexible on move in dates and could move out before the 24th if you need somewhere to stay before then.
