Double room in a large four bedroom terraced house with two shared bathrooms. The room itself comes with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The room is on for £770 and bills are £100 per month. There is no deposit necessary.

Large living room and dining room plus a huge kitchen, fully fitted with all appliances.

There is also a small garden and a fantastic large roof terrace, perfect for barbecues and dining outdoors in the summer.

The house is perfectly located, 10 mins walk to both Stockwell and Vauxhall (Zone 1) tube stations. Buses stop on Wandsworth road which is just a 2 min walk away, or Vauxhall bus station which is 10 mins walk away. Clapham and Brixton are both about a 20 min walk or a few minutes on the bus.

There is a Pure Gym just 2 mins walk from the house along with a selection of cafes, food shops and restaurants. There’s also a large Sainsbury’s nearby.

Your housemates will be three professional females aged between 30-34. Everyone gets along well and it's a very relaxed household, and we take in turns to do the cleaning. It's lovely when we find ourselves spending an evening together watching TV with a glass of wine and a catch up, but equally we are all happy to be off doing our own thing, and are all independent, professional and hard working. We are looking for someone who is similar in this respect. We all enjoy the usual activities, going out for a nice meal or drink, cooking, travel, cinema, gym etc.

We're ideally looking for someone who will stay here long term, but the minimum contract is 6 months.

The house is big enough that even when one of us has friends over it doesn't feel cramped.

Must be in secure, permanent employment, the landlord will require an employee reference and no deposit is required.
