Join us in our beautiful Victorian terrace house share with large garden, right near Stockwell station.

This room is perfect for a young professional or postgrad who wants to live in a communal household, whilst wanting a big space of their own (you have the whole floor to yourself!).

Very bright and spacious furnished room includes an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, plenty of storage and even a sofa. Plus we have a large kitchen and communal areas (dishwasher, dryer, 3 fridges etc).

We're an eclectic mix of internationals (English/Irish/Indian/German) of guys and girls in their late 20s - early 30s. We work in diverse areas from museums, marketing, mathematics, health, and even space robotics (points if you guess who does what). We also have a loving rescue cat, Matilda.

We are fairly chilled and respectful of each others' schedules during the week - but often get together on the weekends for a few drinks, BBQs, some music or a Sunday night film. And there will always be someone around for a g&t in our beautiful garden.

Everyone's lived here for at least a year so you'll be joining a house of friends.

Perfectly located in Stockwell, it’s a 2 minute walk from the station (northern and victoria lines), just 15 minutes from Oxford Circus and only 15 minutes walk from Brixton, Vauxhall and Clapham Common.

Monthly bills are approx £100, including a weekly cleaner. We are with Foxtons agency but property management is carried out by our friendly landlady.

Sorry to say we're looking for guys only to keep the balance in the house. :-)
