Our lovely flat mate is moving so we are looking for someone for his huge and nice room.

THE APARTMENT: Is in a woody Victorian house. On the first floor there are a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Alongside the stairs there is a large sunny terrace with a BBQ. On the second floor there is the en suite room with a private bathroom.

THE KITCHEN: is quite large size with a big table, well equipped with a microwave, oven, washing machine, kettle and toaster, one freezer and 2 fridges.

THE ROOM: it's a very big size underroof room with a two large windows and private bathroom that have sink, shower and wc. Plus 2 storage room.

There are:

- a wardrobe
- two chest of drawers
- a writing desk
- a library
- a wall mirror
- a sofa
- a low table
- two small storage room.

THE LOCATION: Stockwell (zone 2) is in south west London, between Vaxhall, Brixton and Clapham. The house is in a very quiet street near a park.
- 5 min walking: Sainsbury, Tesco, Iceland, gym, farmacy.
- 10 min walking: huge Sainsbury, Lidl.
Plus lots of restaurants and coffee bars.

TRANSPORT: 5min walking: Tube station Victoria and Northern lines.
Bus 87, 77, 425, 345 , 155, 50, 88, N155, National Express to Gatwick airport.

Couples are welcome.

RENT: £800 a month.
DEPOSIT: £850.
BILLS: £100 a month per person all inclusive(around £80 if we will 4 people in total): gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband.
A proof of income is required.
