Large double room in Stockwell in a friendly house

First half of the bedroom

We have one double room to rent in our three bed house in Stockwell. We are looking for someone to move in from 3rd November. A residential area with great transport links - Stockwell tube station is a 5/7 minute walk (Northern and Victoria lines). Clapham North, Brixton and Wandsworth overground also within walking distance. Big Sainsburys, Lidl and Co Op round the corner, with other shops in Brixton, Clapham and Wandsworth Road.

The largest bedroom in the house and furnished with bed, wardrobe, side table, desk and shelves (items can be removed if needed). Bills not included, but shouldn't exceed £100pm all in for gas, water, electric, internet etc. Communal areas include a large living/dining area which overlooks the kitchen; so its a nice, open, sociable downstairs space. There is also a large private garden/patio for summer BBQs.

We are two young professional females looking for someone like-minded and lovely to join us. We work in the creative sector and are ideally looking for someone clean and tidy to fill the room. A bit more about us: Alice is 27, likes drinking gin, running and holidays to anywhere!! Lauren is 28, likes baking, festivals and ridiculous internet fads. We're more wine and dine than pass out party but still up for a good night out once in a while!
