About the flat & room- The flat is a sizeable and spacious modern flat, with a large living room that a includes a 4 seater dining table. The room itself is a large double room with a fitted double wardrobe (it fits a lot of clothes!) Chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps also included. You will have your own bathroom that comes with a bath/ stand up shower.

Kitchen includes fridge/ freezer, microwave, dish washer, and washing machine/ tumble dryer!

The rent, including bills, is on average £1150 - 1200 per month, so £570-600 per person (if you are a couple).

About the area- The flat is under a 10 minute walk from Stockwell station which has access to both the Victoria line and Northern line, travel in the morning is pretty smooth from the station (e. g. easy to get on the tube). Stockwell is ideal if you are commuting into the city, but as it is one stop from Vauxhall station it also has easy access to national rail and trains out of London.

The flat is a 10-15 minute bus to Clapham Common (20 mins to Clapham Junction) and a 15 minute walk into Brixton or Oval/ Kennington. LIDL is within 5 minute walk, Sainsbury’s is a 15 minute walk, and there is a Tesco express at the bottom of our road too (2 minutes walk).

About us- We are a friendly and laid back young couple who are pretty tidy and clean so we would be looking to live with people who are the same. Between work and chilling at home we tend to go out with friends and would be looking for a couple who is equally social but also likes their down time.
