Room is available now.

Comes with a double bed and big wardrobe (everything else is mine and will be removed).

You will be sharing with 3 young friendly and creative professionals (British, French and Turkish). They are respectful, considerate and up for a chat/hangout after a long day, but just as well respect alone time.

This is a LGBT+ friendly flat share.

The flat has all modern amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, flat screen TV and fibre broadband.

There’s an open-air kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, living room with two sofas, TV, dining table, and a little balcony to hang our laundry (see pictures).

Flat keeps nice and warm during the winter (double glazing & recent insulation of all windows and doors), central heating. 5th floor with lift, view on inner garden, plenty of natural light. Neighbours are friendly too.

Very well connected to city centre (Northern + Victoria line 4 mins walk, plenty of buses, overground and trains 10 minutes walk away), it’s a quiet Portuguese borough very close to lively Brixton and Clapham.

Bills are not included and shared among flatmates, around £70/month each.

I’ll be running viewings evenings and weekends (can also do video call considering the current situation).

Only rule here is NO SMOKERS, and sadly no pets.
