Double room in Stockwell/Brixton

Double bedroom

We are 2 girls (1 Brit, 1 German) a 1 guy (Brit) and a cat ( born and bred Brixton). Our cat Peggy is very affectionate and will want to get to know you, she really has the deciding vote on who we pick. LGBTQI+ Very welcome.
Male (or male identifying) housemate preferred to keep the balance.
We are also pretty Lefty
We are also looking for a more chilled house dynamic, (we are a bit over having house parties) so are wanting our new housemates to be at least 28.
Bills are 90/month - may be more in colder months

On a residential road, near to:
-Lovely parks, great pubs and Brixton Village
-Co-op - 2 min walk
-Bus stop 1 minute away takes you to Euston, Shoreditch, Streatham etc
-Brixton station (Victoria line, National Rail) - 5-10 min walk
-Stockwell station (Victoria and Northern line) - 5-10 min walk
-Loughborough Jn (National Rail) - 5-10 min walk
-pipoca no waste/vegan cafe and shop

There is no living room, but there is a big kitchen and a garden which we are making lovely
The room is partially furnished, it comes with double bed and mattress and a small book case. As it's a smallish room, the mezzanine is all yours to store your things in which comes with 2 clothes rails and a set of shelves. The room has also just been painted so looks really fresh!
On some evenings we take turns making a big meal and we have some drinks after, and like to go to the pub so we aren't looking for someone who will just shut themselves away, but equally we don't live in each others pockets.
