Lovely Double Room in Stockwell/Brixton Area

Our housemate Ehson is moving out due to receiving an amazing opportunity to go and work in NY!

We're looking to find a replacement for Ehson in our lovely flat in Stockwell, equidistant between Stockwell and Brixton tube stations, and 5 mins walk to Clapham.

- The Place
Really bright and modern house with high ceilings. Large open plan living room/kitchen. 2 bathrooms (both with showers and one with bath). All recently renovated.
Room is a good size with a double bed and plenty of storage space.

- Location
Location is absolutely ideal for access to Brixton/Clapham/Central London. Less than 10 min walk to Stockwell/Brixton tube stations – both serviced by Victoria line and Stockwell and has Northern line too. Clapham is approx. 10 min walk away.
Plenty of great restaurants and pubs within the area. Brixton’s O2 Academy right at the end of the street.

- Housemates
2 guys in mid-to-late twenties. One working in Corporate Governance and one in Marketing.
Both clean & tidy but easy going. Enjoy doing things as a house (trying out restaurants, pubs and comedy clubs - playing and watching football etc) but also have own social circles.
Looking for someone similar who could fit in well.

- Extras
Bills usually come to around approx £80 per person per month, though are obviously lower in the summer. This covers council tax, water, electricity, gas and internet.
