Lovely, bright room in friendly household, available for a Monday to Friday let only (flexible)
The house is a 5 minutes walk to Stockwell underground, and about a 10 minute walk to Vauxhall where there are buses, trains and underground services. Buses to Westminster, St Thomas', Waterloo and Wandsworth are a 5 minute walk away (Wandsworth road).
We are a couple whose children have (mercifully) left home! We enjoy cooking and the odd glass of wine and chewing the fat!
You would have use of all amenities in the house, including the garden.
We have two high maintenance cats, they generally keep themselves to themselves.
Headline rental figure will vary on the basis of agreed number of nights per month x £35
