The house has a large open plan living area with a private cute courtyard perfect for a summer bbq. The double bedroom is located on the first floor overlooking a green open space. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe and double bed, and there is plenty of room to fit more furniture as you can see from the photos.
The room is £742 pcm plus around £75 for bills.
We’re looking for a female who is clean and sociable. Up for a bottomless or deliveroo and love island. We all met on Spareroom last year and get on really well and so we’re hoping for someone to fit the dynamic.
