I love living here! The flat has an amazing location and the roof terrace has been a life-saver during the pandemic.


The room and bathroom:
A double with ample storage space; two double wardrobes and two bedside tables. There is space for a tv stand/a desk. You will have your own private, recently refurbished bathroom, which is just next to the bedroom. It has a double waterfall shower and a heated towel rack.

Living space:
The shared living space consists of an open plan living room with a kitchen and a roof terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, new oven/grill, induction hob and a large fridge/freezer. The roof terrace overlooks the Battersea Power Station and it is a lovely place to enjoy the sun.
A cleaner comes twice a month to clean the shared living space, your room and bathroom.

8 min walk from Stockwell tube station
12 min walk from Vauxhall tube station
2 min walk from Pure Gym/Tesco Express.
8 min walk from a large Sainsbury's superstore
10 mins cycle/20-25 mins walk to Clapham Common and Battersea Park

The flatmate:
You will be sharing the flat with one other person. He is a 34 year old professional, who is easygoing and friendly, but also respects other people's space. He has lived in the flat for over 4 years - and he loves it as well! His room and his private bathroom are on a separate level.

The room is available from early January - but I am flexible if you need to move later which we can discuss.
