A double room in a lovely friendly 3 bed house share in stockwell is available!

A bright and airy double room, which can be either furnished or un-furnished, is available from November. The flat is split over 2 levels and has a great well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a light and comfy shared living and dining room. And south facing balcony!

The flat is less than 5 minutes walk to Stockwell station (northern and victoria line), and only 10 minute walk in either direction to Clapham and Brixton. You’ll inherit 2 really friendly and kind house mates, Sarah and Harriet, who work in the charity and legal sectors, and are always up for a G&T or cup of tea and a movie.

Rent is only £622 per month (+bills), and the room will be freshly painted before you move in. We have a very nice landlord who has always been happy to help whenever we ask (eg fresh coat of paint, recent new washing machine etc!), and isn’t one of those horrible career landlords you can never get a hold of. Parking is available with a permit that can be arranged through the landlord.

I’ve had a great time living here for the past few years and am moving only because I’ve bought a flat, so I know whoever moves in will be very happy here :)
