About the flat:
The room comes fully furnished, including a desk which is perfect for working from home. On the first floor there is the bathroom (that you would be sharing with 1 other flatmate), utility area, kitchen, living room and second bedroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom and access to our own roof terrace.
You'll be living with two girls in their 20s, Emma and Carmen, who like hanging out together as well as doing their own thing :)
The bills come to roughly £60-£75 per month (on the lower end in the summer months).
About the area:
This three-bed flat is near an area known as Little Portugal – loads of Portuguese and Brazilian bars & restaurants nearby!
We're also close to Battersea Power Station where there's loads of riverside cafes and brunch spots.
Also within walking distance:
- Sainsbury's, Tesco Express, Lidl, corner shops
- x2 gyms (one is a PureGym)
- Stockwell and Vauxhall stations, and Nine Elms station (opening 2022).
- x2 parks (including Battersea Park)
Nearby bus connections are really convenient going to Brixton, Clapham, Westminster, Waterloo and more.
It's also a great spot for cyclists.
