Lovely light double bedroom in refurbished house

Hi everyone,

I’m relocating to the Netherlands so our lovely house is looking for a new housemate ASAP! Move in date would be from the 1st of February.

The house is located on the border of zones 1&2, and is a stones throw away from Stockwell & Vauxhall tube stations (Northern & Victoria lines), with the new Nine Elms station to be opened this year. Fully renovated just over a year ago, the house is in a fantastic location with lots of shops, restaurants (we’re in Little Portugal!) and a huge Sainsbury’s nearby.

It’s a 4 bedroom house with 2 modern bathrooms, a living/dining room, a modern kitchen, and a lovely little garden + barbecue. Currently two young professionals in their twenties (Ines from Spain and Andrew from the USA) occupy two of the rooms, and myself (Alex from Holland) am vacating the prettiest room ;-) Another room (not pictured) is free in the house too.

Rent costs £800 per month excluding bills (approximately £50-£75 per month depending on the season). The landlords are very relaxed and are very quick to fix things in the house and accommodate our requests.
