Large Double Room Near Stockwell Tube

A lovely double room under 5 minutes walk from Stockwell Station, available from 5th May.

My room is becoming available as I have decided to move into a different room within our beautiful Georgian house, since one of our housemates is sadly moving back to France.

It’s a lovely top floor room, furnished with a double bed and comfy mattress, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair if you would like these to be included. You will be sharing a big, bright bathroom with just one other housemate. There’s room to do yoga and space for a desk to WFH.
Here’s a bit about the house:
- Huge garden with pond and ping pong table, south facing so very sunny all day.
- Large lounge with a huge TV and separate dining room that seats up to 8 people.
- 5 bedrooms as well as plenty of storage space.
- A calm, beautiful street, close to parks, nearby a Lidl and other shops. There is an option for getting a permit for on street parking.

My housemates are a lovely bunch (in their early to late 20s) most of who work from home at the moment, but are slowly getting back to more normal office working. 3 of the 4 flatmates are fairly new to the house so there is no risk of feeling left out in already formed friendship groups. We’re all a mix of professions and interests: Fashion marketing, software development, film production, cycling and climbing. We’re looking for someone friendly and sociable to join us!

Bills are not included, around £100 per month varying with seasons.
We are ideally looking for someone to move in on 5th May, however if your move in date is slightly later then please still contact. 😊
