Sadly I am leaving my amazing flat to move closer to my new job in France ! So I am looking for someone to take my room to enjoy this fun, social and central flat. The flat is 3 bedrooms flat share in Nine Elms/ Stockwell, 5-10 min walk to both Vauxhall and Stockwell stations (Zones 1/2)

Rent + Bills: £709 pcm
Bills included (Council tax, TV licence, water, energy, Internet)
Deposit: £807

Available from the 2nd November move in can be flexible.

Travel distances:
Vauxhall - Central London (Oxford Circus) -7 Mins on tube
Multiple bus stops a couple of mins from the flat

Shops:
We have the large Nine Elms Sainsbury’s, as well as a Co-Op Food both 5 min walking distance!

-Kitchen recently refurbished equip with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with hood and washing machine
-Very large bathroom with rain-fall shower and readily available separate storage for your utilities

-Double bedroom comes fully furnished including;
-Bed
-Built-in double wardrobe and cupboards with ample storage (with large extra storage outside of bedroom if needed)
- I know the bedroom might not be big enough for a desk if your working from home. However the living is big enough for a desk or to work on the table in there. The house mates won’t mind.

Transport:
-Both Vauxhall (Victoria line, Overground) and Stockwell (Northern & Victoria Line) tube stations within 5-10 mins walking distance. Also the new Nine Elms which should open this year (Northern Line)

Flatmates:
-Scott is 32, from Kent and is an absolute gem of a human being! Cassandra who is 31 from Florida and super fun and bubbly. Scott works for British Airways and Cassandra mostly works from home as a buyer for a design company. Both of them are really friendly, chilled and sociable people. We have a fantastic dynamic in the flat and it just flows perfectly. Scott and Cassandra can usually be found having a some drinks, a good chat, lots of laughs and just enjoying ourselves. We hang out together loads, as well as our individual friends.. They like to have as much fun as possible from going out for meals, exploring London, pubs, watching sports or cooking and enjoying each other’s company. also love to have a movie night with wine of course!! They would love for someone awesome to join our gang!

As a flat we like to keep it tidy and clean (but not strict by any means, very chilled in general) and respect each other’s space when they need a break. Looking for a like-minded social person who will join this lovely flat 😊
