The flat:
We have a room opening up on the 1st October. The room contains a double bedroom, wardrobe and has room for a desk (suitable for working from home).
There is a bathroom and two toilets, a living room and a kitchen with a large balcony/patio overlooking Stockwell highstreet.
Current flatmates and who we are looking for:
We are currently 1 boy and 1 girl with no preference on gender. We are both young professionals, 24 years old and looking for a like minded young professional. We both enjoy sports and socialising but are also respectful of each others commitments.
The area:
The flat is by Stockwell station which is a 10 minute tube to Waterloo, London Bridge & The City.
A 10 minute walk or 5 minute tube to Clapham Common, Brixton and Vauxhall.
It is also a 2 minute walk to the nearest gym and located above a Sainsbury's.
Bills:
Bills are not included in the rent price. We expect bills to cost in the region of £90 a month which will cover:
