Me and my housemates are looking for 3 people to take over our rooms in our lovely spacious house in Brixton from mid-July!! Open to individuals or existing groups of 3.

The rent comes up to £3100, with two big rooms and one smaller room. There are 2 bathrooms and showers. It has plenty of storage space so ideal if you are moving to London from abroad (like us!) and also comes with your own private garden which we have absolutely loved for having bbqs in the summer.

The flat is incredibly well located, between Stockwell and Brixton, a 10 min walk to both respective tube stations. Loads of pubs and amazing restaurants around, ideal if you’re a foodie or looking to be close to a good night out! There are loads of supermarkets close by (max 10 min walk) including M&S, Tesco, Lidl.
