Double room in spacious flat with roof terrace

Room available in 3 bed flat between Brixton/Oval

Hi! We have a double room available in our very lovely 3 bed flat share from 7th Dec.

It's a spacious flat over 2 floors with a separate kitchen/living room, a separate shower room and full bathroom, and a private roof terrace which has amazing views of the city. We’ve got a BBQ up there which is great fun in the summer.

You'd be sharing with James (34) who works in the city and Taha (28) who is a sports journalist.

We enjoy a clean/tidy space, often chill & watch tv together in the evenings/weekends but also do our own thing, looking for someone who would enjoy a similar vibe.

Bills are around 130-140 a month. There is permitted on street parking available if required, and we have access to a secure bike storage facility. Our landlord is great and very quick to sort out any issues.

The neighbourhood is generally quiet, we back onto Myatts Field park and are close to great transport links. We are a few minutes walk to Loughborough Junction station and about 15 mins walk to Oval and Stockwell stations.
