I am moving out of my very large double room in Stockwell. The room is available immediately, however I can be somewhat flexible with the date.

The room comes furnished, with a double bed, 3 sets of chest of drawers, desk and storage/display cabinet (as well as a built in wardrobe/rail). It faces a courtyard, - which is nice and quiet with plenty of greenery.

*Please note- the mirror is mine- and does not come with the room! In the photos, it is covering a storage unit that comes with the room. The mirror has replaced where the desk was when I moved in- which makes this room appropriate for someone to work from home (I don't use my desk a lot).

The flat is in great condition- it includes a lounge space with a sofa, dining table and TV that is open plan with the kitchen. We have HBO, Disney+ and Netflix.

The kitchen is modern, comes with a washer/dryer and very large 2 door fridge - plenty of fridge space for everyone :)
There is a seperate toilet and bathroom, all in great working condition.

You'll be living with chill, socialable professionals in their 20s, incl two Aussies and one Brit!

We like to keep the flat tidy, and have a cleaning rota, and general clean as you go policy.

The landlord is very responsive and quick to resolve any maintenance issues and similar.

There are reference checks - you must be in full-time employment and have a UK-based guarantor. There is also a £750 deposit (part of the DPS).

The rent is £790 pcm, which includes council tax and water. Otherwise, Wifi, & gas/electric usually amount to an additional £40-£70 a month, depending on the time of year.

The flat is also, a less than 5 minute walk from Stockwell station, unbeatable transport links around London. Also just up the road from Clapham.
