I have a large, bright single room in a warm and friendly household. The room comes furnished with comfy bed, large Habitat wardrobe, chest of drawers and plantation shutters to let in/block out daylight.
There is a modern shared kitchen and lovely bathroom with shower, use of the washing machine and Sky wifi.
London underground is minutes away with fast access to the City and West End (Northern/Victorian line), in addition to the night tube, London Overground, day/night buses, National Rail/coach services, and Santander cycles. Off-street parking is available (at your own expense) and there is a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, street markets, recreation and leisure facilities.
The rent is £525 per month which excludes cleaner services and some household essentials.
This is a quiet, smoke free household and is best suited to a mature, professional. Must be clean, tidy and understand the dynamics of living in a shared household.
