Beautiful spacious double room available in lovely 4 level, 4 bedroom, Victorian Terrace in the heart of vibrant Stoke Newington. Nestled between the hectic life of Dalston, the beauty of Clissold Park and amongst the creativity of Hackney!
Our home is a 4 level, 4 bedroom terrace house, shared with 3 others in their late 30’s. The house is very comfortable and homely, with the lower level housing the kitchen, study and huge sun room that has glass panels looking out to our well grown garden. Extra points for you if you have a green thumb! Although not far from the main road, the house is extremely quiet and peaceful.

The room is on the top level and looks out over the garden, is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes and dresser. It is quiet room and a great size.

The house mates are all lovely, friendly and caring individuals, and get along well- they’re friends! 2 females, 1 male. Two are freelancers and the other works full time. All have busy social lives, but when at home together (a rare occurrence!) will enjoy a catch up, a movie and the occasional dinner when schedules align!

Stoke Newington is a vibrant and diverse, young neighbourhood that sits on the north eastern edge of Hackney. The house is in a corner between two of the main roads that run through Stoke Newington. One minute walk to Church St where you will find Wholefoods Market, vintage stores, independent boutiques, and delicious cafes. One minute walk to the High St and you'll find two major supermarkets, banks, post office, MORE delicious food, coffee, pubs and bars!

The transport connections are great. The bus stop is 1 minute away- bus connections to Angel station (10 minutes) and Highbury Islington (15 mins) Buses to Dalston and Shoreditch are about 15 mins- 30 mins. The train to Liverpool st runs from Rectory Rd or Stoke Newington station and talks about 15 mins.
