Unfortunately one of our flat mates had to move out and now we have a single room available in our 4 bedroom flat.
although the room is quite small there is still a decent storage space available (there is a chest drawer and another drawer in the loft for stuff you don’t need on a daily basis).
The kitchen/living room have a tv and a nice couch so you can unwind to your favourite tv show whilst cooking a meal.
As we don’t have a cleaning lady, it is essential for all of us to chip in to keep the house clean and tidy.

There is currently 3 of us in the house (2 guys and 1 girl) all professionals, various nationalities and in our mid 20s/early 30s.

For anyone new to the area, Stoke Newington overground station is 5 minutes walk (takes about 20 minutes to get to Liverpool Street and 30 minutes to Central London) and there is also a bus stop taking you to Waterloo, London Bridge, Dalston and Kings Cross).

There is a big Morrison’s near the station and the high street has lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants and two big parks in the area, both less than 15 minutes walk from the flat.

Ideally we are looking for another professional in the house or students are also welcome and both long and short term are considered.
