.Spacious, newly decorated and furnished sunny double room with stripped floors, fireplace , a little conservatory and very sunny decked terrace for your private use. It is located in our large Victorian house in Stoke Newington.

 It has a spacious kitchen diner downstairs which looks into the garden and has stripped wooden floors and a washing machine. That kitchen/ diner is shared with the 2 other tenants in the house .

We have our own kitchen and living spaces allowing your own space in the house, however we enjoy our shared house environment and having a drink or dinner together occasionally. The room would suit a person (Sorry, no couples for this room but see the other listing! )  who enjoys a creative, organised, warm and friendly environment with some interactions with others but also a private, quiet space of their own . 

The rent is exclusive of gas, electricity, council tax, water, wifi, and a weekly and excellent cleaner.

We are an established artist couple and we live and work in the house and can therefore be on hand if anything is needed . This is a household that is POC and LGBTQ friendly. We have 3 cats and a a gorgeous a fully housetrained adorable puppy! The pets live in a separate part of the house so but if you like animals they are friendly and loved being stroked.

Stoke Newington is a great part of East London's thriving community unique for its eclectic mix of people, great restaurants, farmers markets, cafes, independent cinemas and great nightlife. Also plenty of open spaces parks nearby such as Hackney Marshes, Clissold Park, pools and fitness centres and yoga schools.

Very convenient for Stoke Newington, Rectory Road, Clapton Stations into Liverpool Street as well as frequent buses to the city and the West End. Also towards Angel, Finsbury Park, Bethnal Green and the Dalston East London Line
