We are subletting a room in our amazingly located House-share in trendy Stoke Newingtn and 5 minutes from Dalston by foot.

Available from 31 July till 30 August, flexible with dates

The room costs £580 and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a bedside table.

BILLS ARE INCLUDED (council tax, water, gas & electricity, fibre optic internet, and basic TV pack).

The house has a spacious and warm living room and a large kitchen. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower attachments and the toilet is separate. There is also a small backyard that is nice during the summer fitted with new garden table and chairs, there are also plenty of storage cupboards so all in all there is plenty of space!

You’d be living with a French creative designer, and a French translator for a Fashion brand, both young professionals (25-29yo) that enjoy chilling as well as doing their own thing. We like to party but we don’t do it often at home, although we do exceptions for worthy occasions!

Dalston Kingsland station is a mere 10 mins by foot and less than 15 to Dalston Junction. Rectory Road and Stoke Newington overgrounds are also 10 mins away and take you straight to Liverpool Street. Shoreditch is 20 mins away and buses go every few minutes to London Bridge. Seven Sisters is also a mere 10-15 min bus ride away with the Victoria line straight to central London.

Stoke Newington is a great area to live in with bars and restaurants and cool Turkish supermarkets. It’s a really diverse area and we love it! Dalston’s daily market is also great.
