**MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET** We have a lovely double bedroom in our gorgeous flat, available from Sunday 9th February. The flat is located 3 minutes walk from Stoke Newington station for really easy access on the overground to Liverpool Street or Seven Sisters for the Victoria Underground Line. It’s also 15 minutes walk into the heart of Dalston.

The flat itself is really light with views over leafy Abney Park. Everything is on the doorstep (Church Street, pubs, bars, cafes, galleries, restaurants, yoga, boutique shopping, organic food) and we have lovely, considerate neighbours.

ROOM
The room is light but cosy with wooden floors. It comes pretty much furnished with a very comfortable, high quality double bed (with an Eve mattress), a wardrobe, shelves and a lamp but space to bring some of your own furniture too.

The shared bathroom is modern, light and clean with a bath, power shower, toilet, sink, large mirror and a storage cupboard.

FLAT
This is a 2-bed flat with shared kitchen/living space. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and lots of storage.

ROOMMATES
You'll be sharing with me and my partner Matt. I work in advertising and Matt works for a sports team. We work long hours in the week but when at home enjoy cooking meals, relaxing and reading. We're both very friendly and easy going.

AVAILABILITY
The room is available from 9th February onwards on Mondays-Fridays for a min. of 1 month. Would suit a working professional who works 5 days a week in London and needs a base. Monthly-lets will be considered but the monthly cost will be £900.

ADMIN
The Monday-Friday rent is inclusive of all bills - council tax, water, electricity, heating, superfast fibre wifi and cleaner.

Our flat is privately owned with live-in landlord, meaning no unnecessary agency fees.

Unfortunately no couples, students or pets.
