Lovely double room with own outside space

Beautiful double room with lots of light. Has access to its own outside space. The room is furnished with large hand made wooden bed, Vintage cupboards and clothes hanging area. Separate Shelves also in the room. The floors are french oak parquet. We have a newly decorated bathroom with bathroom and shower and also a spare upstairs toilet. Upstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen. Wooden floors upstairs with french doors opening from the kitchen into the garden. The kitchen was refitted 18 months ago with all mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine. The Garden is lovely and quiet with established trees and a lot of rosemary. It is a lovely suntrap during the middle of the day. Broadband is thoughout the house and we also have 3 cats so we are looking for someone who appreciates a cosy home and who loves cats. The cats are not allowed into the bedrooms unless that is ok with you. We are a chilled household who like to cook , hang out from time to time and are respectful of each others privacy. I work as a documentary filmmaker and yoga teacher. I occassionally go away for work so would also be looking for somone who can take care of the cats when I am away.
