Cozy Double Room For Rent

We got a cozy double room full of natural light, to rent from the 2/3rd of November.
Rent is 450£, and bills every 3 months around 50£.
We have a kitchen on the first floor and a small toilet.
Upstairs we have the bathroom, unfortunately we don’t have living room.
It’s a older house but the rent, location and with the good connection of the transports, you’ll find it a catch.
We looking for a female to join in our household, to keep a good balance. You’d be sharing the house with 3 guys they all musicians and myself a female hairdresser.
Our ideal Flatmate would be someone laid back, but tidy and respect of everyone space.
No one likes to leave in a messy house, so is really important for us to find someone on the same wavelength:)
Around the corner is Stoke Newington high street and church street.
Full of cute little independent coffee shops, pubs and restaurant. A great buzzing area to leave with all the convenient off licences on the door steep and Sainsbury's, Tesco and Iceland at 5/10 mnts walk.
