2 Lovely Double’s Lovely Flat in Stokie/Dalston!

Hello future new flatmate!

We have 2 double room’s that will be available, one immediately (Room 2 with own bathroom) and 1st February 2021 (Room 1) in a lovely 2 floor warehouse flat

The ideal flatmate is someone who likes chilled evenings, the odd meal together, plenty of wine and isn't embarrassed to admit they like a little bit of tacky TV!
We are looking for a professional lady of similar age who wants a nice, easy going, calm place to live.
We both also enjoy our own space and want someone who understands and respects that.

We treat our flat like a home not a party house so would want someone who respects that and cleans up after themselves and doesn't bring the noise and mess home with them!
Also someone who is honestly clean and tidy and helps with keeping the place looking fresh!

Talk Talk TV & fast broadband in the flat - bill is split between all 3 flatmates amongst all other bills.

Our building is above Beyond Retro and sits smack bang between Dalston Kingsland and Stoke Newington so all them pubs and bars (hopefully open again soon!) and lovely Church Street and Clissold Park are all a short walk away.
Hackney Downs park is also less then 10 minutes walk.

However, you don’t get all the noise you would expect from being near a main road. The bedroom is at the back of the building so even quieter up there!

Theres a bus stop right outside that has 149, 243, 67, 76 buses which go to all sorts of places like Shoreditch, Farringdon, Waterloo and then you can Citymapper the rest!

Theres a Co-Op a couple minutes walk away and various shops right near by as well as lots of other local amenities close including a 24 shop across the street

The bedroom upstairs (Room 1) is a double with plenty space to swing a cat - comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and rail and has a sizeable cupboard inside where the boiler is kept so plenty space for personal storage.
The bedroom downstairs (Room 2) is also a double with rail, chest of drawers, double bed and a couple small shelving units. This room also has a private bathroom.
A new mattress can be provided by the management company.

References will be required by request of the letting company!
