I am moving out of this cosy double bedroom in Stoke Newington! *my visa expires midway through the new lease and so can’t sign on to the renewal* which is in February!

(buses that take you to Old street, London Bridge, Waterloo, Shoreditch, Dalston and many other areas east and north! )
You’re perfectly placed +/- 10-15 min walk between two tube stops: Finsbury Park and Manor House.
-Across the street from beautiful Clissold Park
-Sainsbury’s and other organic and convenience shops at your door step!

The flat has a huge lounge that has really nice curved windows so you have light in the flat from start to end of day!
There’s Also a privately shared yard with the rest of the building occupants out back -there’s a BBQ and lines to hang laundry !

You’d be living with two lovely roomies. A Guy and a Gal, both in music -one’s a DJ and the other a singer.
This home is LGBT friendly and is not a party home.
There’s a cleaner once a week and the general consensus is to keep the home clean & tidy!

Lease renews in Feb so ideally we are looking for someone to stay long term and renew when the time comes!

Rent is 550 + bills ( approx 100-120 monthly )
