Double Bedroom in the heart of Stoke Newington

Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my double bedroom in a lovely 5 bedroom house in the heart of Stoke Newington. The house is a 8 minute walk from Rectory Road (overground) and close to multiple buses which all have good connections to central London. We are also just a few minutes away from Church Street which has a great selection of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and clubs.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed and a big closet whilst the desk & chair, bookshelf and chest of drawers are all mine but these can be included with the room if you are interested in buying them. The bedroom is filled with natural light throughout the day and faces the garden which makes it very cosy and quiet.

The house is located within a quiet mews. There are two bathrooms and a living room with bi-folding doors, leading out into your own petite garden. The living area also has two sofas, TV and 5 people dining table. A fully equipped kitchen which also has a washing machine.

You would be sharing the house with four lovely women in their mid-twenties who work in the creative industry. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful but who also enjoy a glass of wine or going to the pub every now and again.

The room is £710 + plus bills per month (between £60-80 per month) and is available from 20th February. Looking for a professional or mature student, ages 24+. No couples unfortunately. Message me to arrange a viewing!
