Three rooms available in Stoke Newington home

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for three new housemates in my Stoke Newington home.

Sadly because of All That Is Happening my current housemates are having to leave London.

But I am super keen to stay on with a new tenancy from the end of August, because it's such a lovely place.

The house is four (and a half-ish) floors with four bedrooms, an open plan living room/dining room, kitchen, utility room, three bathrooms and a back garden. There's also a small front space with a place for bikes.

It's on a quiet residential street a short walk from Hackney Downs in one direction and not far from Stoke Newington Church Street in the other.

It's only a 5 minute walk, if that, from Rectory Road overground and about 15 minutes from Dalston Junction. There's also a bus stop just round the corner with buses that run 24/7 into central.

The rooms:

The first room (£900 pcm) is a big double with nice bright windows looking over the front of the house. It has a nice fireplace and wooden floors.

The second room (£790 pcm) is on the same floor as the first and while smaller is also a nice size and has its window looking over the back garden of the house and others.

The third room (£845 pcm) is in the basement level and is next to the second living room area which my current housemate has used as his gym/office while working from home. There is also another small outside space on this floor.

There may also be quite a degree of flexibility in terms of moving in dates depending on when my current friends each move :)

The fourth room, my room, is on the top floor.

A bit about me. I'm a 34-year-old journalist from Brighton and have lived in London for about ten years. I'm always up for a chat and a drink in the house or down the pub! But also respect people's privacy and space.

The house was the landlord's family home and they take great care and pride in it.

The tenancy would be for 12 months. And all the contracts and processes are done through Location Location, the letting agent.
