We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely 3 bed flat in Stoke Newington! It’s a fabulous location, right on the high street, literally 20 seconds from Whole Foods and also have Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrisons, and some independent grocery stores all within a ten minute walk. Stoke Newington overground is about ten minutes away, and there’s a bus stop right outside that’s super well connected.

The room is a nice sized double room, it comes unfurnished but with built-in shelves. The landlord is flexible to bring in any required furniture. We have one bathroom and a big living room and kitchen, no balcony or garden but only a short walk from Clissold Park so plenty of space to catch some sun. Rent is £715 ppm + bills which usually amount to £800

You’d be sharing with two of us- one 20 year old female recent uni graduate and one 26 year old male young professional. We’re pretty laid back, like our own space but also like going for a pint as a flat or having a dinner or games night sometimes (we’re also both smokers). We’re looking for a flatmate in a similar-ish age range (20s) who’s respectful and friendly, no real preference beyond that just no couples or pets.
