Nice double bedroom is available in our 3 bed garden flat in Stoke Newington.

The flat is set out over 2 floors in a peaceful building ideally located between Stoke Newington (10 min walk) and Clapton (10 min walk) both areas have lots of lovely pubs, bars and restaurants. Hackney Downs Park is on our doorstep complete with Brunswick East cafe - ideal for coffees brunch and afternoon beers.

Rectory road station is a few min walk away connecting you to London fields (3 minutes on the train) and Liverpool street (13 minutes). there are also a whole host of bus stops nearby and newly introduced cycle paths. The road is friendly and even has it's own instagram page that was started up during lockdown to bring the community closer together.

It is well proportioned with open plan lounge and kitchen leading out onto our beautiful garden complete with grape vine. People with green fingers more than welcome!! All of the bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower ground floor which makes for a peaceful nights sleep. There also space for 3 bikes inside

The available room is a good sized double.

The three rooms are priced differently by size:
- £700 (Available)
- £800 (current flatmate)
- £850 (current flatmate)

It’s a great space we had a lovely time sharing the space during lock down working between the shared spaces and our rooms, cooking and chilling in the lounge and garden, reading, watching films etc - having the occasional wine and dinner together. We'd like to continue the relaxed, homely vibes.

I’m a producer at a production company in shoreditch - currently splitting my time between working from home and the office.

We're looking for someone equally friendly and relaxed, a professional, preferably male to keep a balance in their 30’s to continue the nice atmosphere we currently have in the house.
