Looking for a friendly and laid back flat mate to join me in a lovely 2 bed spacious flat in stoke Newington. The move in date is also flexible!
The room available Is a very decent size double with nice high ceilings and all the usual rental furnishings including bed etc. There is also a large open plan living room/ kitchen area and separate bathroom with shower.
Location is truly amazing. You’ll be 2 mins from the station, 5 mins from Morrison’s/Sainsbury’s and around the corner from Clissold Park, Abney Park cemetery plus all the typical hipster coffee shops, organic stores and pubs you would expect from stokey!
My current flat mate is moving out of London so I’m on the look out for someone sociable who is keen to call a place a home. I’m 33 and work in fashion but my main passion is music so Ideally it would be great to find a person with similar interests. I enjoy going for walks, wine, exhibitions, films, proper pubs, vintage stuff, gigs (when allowed again!!) yoga and records, and it would be great if you’re up for the occasional drinks/ dinner some evenings, however I’m also of course v respectful of alone time ;) You’ll see I have a few pics dotted around the flat but if you have any you want to put up/ swap around I’m totally cool with that, the same said with any extra furniture you might have for the living room.
