A small double bedroom has become available for rent from the 18th January in our lovely home in Stoke Newington. The room is available until the end of the tenancy in October 2021 (potentially until the end of the year).

The bedroom is a really cute small double within large split level 3 bedroom period conversion. All lovely furniture is included. We’ve got a balcony, 50ft garden, big bathroom and separate shower room.

The room comes with a double bed, rail & shelving unit (currently not in the photos, it goes where the desk is) and a bedside table or bedside chest of drawers (you can chose). The room is a perfect square 2m20cm by 2m20cm. There are boxes under the bed for more storage and a shed to store suitcases, etc.
This is the perfect flat to work from home, with the large lounge (including a hot desk), country-style kitchen table and outside space (when not raining).

The flat overlooks Stoke Newington Common and is less than a 5 min walk to Church Street with it's numerous pubs, shops, restaurants etc. Plenty of leisure facilities nearby - climbing, gyms, swimming, yoga, parks etc. Rectory Road overground is within 5 mins walking distance (12 mins to Liverpool St). Under 30 secs walk to newsagents, convenience store and No. 73, 105 and 393 bus stops amongst others.

Room offered to sociable Professional. Sharing with two males (into climbing, craft beers, science) both in their 30s. Looking for someone tidy, clean and respectful.

Council tax is included in the rent. All other bills split 3-ways and come to £52 per month (incl. very fast wifi). We also have a cleaner that comes every 2/3 weeks (£12 each per visit).
