Within minutes you've got Clissold Park at your feet and about 12 minutes walk to Stoke Newington overground and 15 minutes walk to Manor House tube station for the Piccadilly Line. You can get into Central London and the city very quickly and easily from here.
The flat is very big and split over two levels. The three bedrooms are on the upper most floor and below is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms in the flat are nice and big, with high ceilings as you can see from the pictures.
The double room available comes with a clothing rail and the two chest of drawers. The bed, desk and chair is mine, but I'm open to leaving some of this behind if you require.
You'll be living with Neil and Anna. Neil works in documentaries and Annna is also a creative in graphic design. Both are very chill and easy to get along with. They both enjoy a mix of chatting over a beer/wine while very much respecting quiet time too.
The rent is £517pcm, which is an absolute steal for this area and the size of the room/flat. Bills are not included and these come to roughly £100-£120pcm extra, depending on the season.
