We have been living in this flat for 2.5 years and absolutely love it. We won’t need to add you to the contract and are not planning to move out anytime soon as this is such a lovely space. (Very hard to find in London…) We understand that life happens and situations change so we just ask the curtesy to give us 4 weeks’ notice when planning on leaving. We ask you to treat this as your home from home, not just another flatshare.

Sadly, the flat access is not the friendliest. There is no lift in this old warehouse and there are 15 steep steps from the narrow cobblestone road to the first floor.

Description
Airy and bright room with two large double-glazed windows. It has plenty of space for a king-size bed, desk, TV, and large wardrobe.
The room is west facing so you will have the best sunset views in the summer.
There are 4 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom in the flat, plus a large lounge & dining area in a great location. 1 min walk to Stoke Newington overground station and plenty of buses to the city.

About us
You will be sharing a large converted warehouse flat with 3 professional gay men who are full of life, love cooking, a nice glass of vino, and going for long walks but also like to chill and have their own space.

We are looking for someone sociable, who understands that sharing households require commitment and will help with household chores, but most importantly, someone loving and caring who doesn't take themselves too seriously.

We have loads of plants in the flat and tend to propagate a lot in the summer so any plant lovers out there jump straight to the front of the queue.

Smallest room in the flat but still enough space for clothes rail, side table and double bed. window is into the lounge, not as bad as some may think.
