A bit about the house;

This beautiful victorian house was built in 1888 (they don't build em like they used to!!) located a short walk from Church Street and Clissord Park. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including your one), kitchen, living room and garden. It is on 2 floors. The spare room is located on the ground floor with livingroom and kitchen. Our bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor so at times you may feel as if you have your own place. The hallways are roomy with plenty space for a bicycle or 2. There is even a secret secure basement with tones of storage space if you have many possessions.
The room is massive!! Enough room to swing a cat! (Cat swingers please don't apply). Super bright and airy. The room comes with double bed and wardrobe. Plenty of scope to add/remove furniture.
Very accommodating to make the bedroom just perfect and most importantly HOME.
The en-suit is not connected directly but is your own private bathroom located adjacent to the room. It has it's own bath with powerful shower. Hot water is fed from a brand new combi-boiler.
The kitchen has all the appliances and white goods you need. New washing machine, electric cooker (with extract hood) and fridge freezer. Kitchen also boasts 2 windows and a skylight.
The livingroom is next to the kitchen connected by a door. And a hatch (direct to dining table). Has a patio door to the garden. Big sofa suite and virgin TV. Perfect for movie nights in. 6 seater dining table so perhaps a cheeky dinner party when things return to normal.
Suntrap of a garden. Ideal for homegrown produce. 2 seater swing seat. Lovely location for summer evening barbecues.
Home comes with toasty cental heating, super fast broadband and virgin TV.

A bit about us;

I am Lewis, 34 from Scotland. I'm an electrican so will be out working all the time. I'm a massive foodie and love to cook. If I'm home you'll find me in the kitchen. In my spare time I like anything outdoorsy.
Gio is 40 from Italy. He's a retail manager. Really down to earth guy. Easy to get on with. He loves lunch and coffee culture. Man about town.
Kat is 27 from Greece. She's an art curator. She has a heart of gold and fills every room with joy. In her spare time she produces a radio show. My go to for tech support.
We all get on really well. Like to socialise but also have our own things going on.
