- you need to be well connected to many different locations, perhaps including the city, via multiple easy transport options.
- you are passionate about sustainability and helping minimise climate change with your day to day decisions (or would love to do more) eg washing on eco wash, composting, recycling, using more sustainable brands for loo rolls etc! And would love to live with like minded individuals.
- if you appreciate someone else keeping the loo roll, cleaning supplies etc topped up for the flat and providing and looking after all amenities (eg hoover, iron, internet) and being super responsive to any repair needs.

My name is Sarah and I have lived here 11 years. My partner Ant stays here a lot of the time too. It’s a beautiful space with a great energy and gorgeous area (I have plenty of local recommendations if needed!).

I work in wellbeing and environmental projects, teach Alexander Technique self-care skills to groups and individuals to build resilience, prevent burn out and improve wellbeing of people and planet. My partner is passionate about diy and has worked as housing officer and support worker and currently shifting to facilities work (his passion!).

I work from home so this flat will best suit someone who works outside the home during normal working hours 9/10-5/6 (at least 3/4 days of the week). And it’s suited to an individual rather than a couple (although I will consider couples for short term, for a higher rate to be agreed).

I am considerate, mature, mindful, creative, spiritual and friendly. I do love my own space but also enjoy friendly catch ups. I am experienced with sharing a

The flat is largely newly redecorated in beautiful colours (I am learning and passionate about interior design) so it feels like a very special place to live in.

The double room available is lovely and bright, calming, fully furnished with dressing table area and flexible desk space as well as storage.
