A bright double room is available in our lovely three bed flat in hackney downs/stoke newington from 21st August. You’d be living with two girls Emma and Fran (24 and 26) who are actors and looking for a someone friendly, fun, creative and sociable who wants a homely vibe!
The flat
- the flat is over two floors and is really spacious and bright, with a massive living room, a big n well equipped kitchen and bathroom (with two showers!). it was refurbished only in jan, so everything is brand new and fresh.
- The bedroom is a small double with large windows (with new double glazing), gets lots of light and fits a desk! the room is unfurnished but can leave the desk if you need it.
- we have a garden and a small balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon.
The location
- 3 min walk to hackney downs! 5 mins to rectory road overground and 10 mins to dalston kingsland. 15 mins walk to Stoke newington church street and walking distance of clissold park. The hand of glory pub is at the end of the road, and Brunswick east coffee shop moments away.
