Double Room

Looking for a lovely new flatmate ASAP - August 10th move in.

We have a lovely room available in this beautiful duplex in Stoke Newington. If you don’t know the area, it’s just off Church Street (2 min walk) which has amazing bars, grocery stores, cafes and shops. And super close to the beautiful Clissold Park (2 min walk) and Abney Park Nature reserve.

The room available is 630 a month without bills (bills coming to about 100 a month) and is unfurnished. The flat itself is also unfurnished but Maria and I are so excited to make it a home and put our touch on it. Feel free to be a part of that! The room also comes with a storage area space outside the bedroom.

There’s 3 bathrooms in the house so you’ll never have to fight over one. The house is split over 3 floors so it feels super roomy. There is a large lounge and the kitchen is very modern and spacious. There’s a duel oven which is such a treat!

I’m Pulama- 23 and originally from Hawaii but I’ve lived in London for 5 years. I’m an audio producer for work and a creative through and through.

Maria is 26 and studying an MSc in LSE and has been working in Southern Africa for the last two years.

We’re both very active - into yoga, running and hiking. We love to cook and share food and have a drink together as well. We’re not a party house but we love having good company over and are fans of dinner parties!

We’re both super friendly approachable and tidy and are looking to make our place feel like a welcoming and peaceful home.
