Me and two other girls are looking to fill a large double room in a house. We have put down a holding fee for the property and hopefully can finish the application as soon as we find the last tenant/s!
The last remaining room is the biggest room in the house and has plenty of room for a bed, closet, desk(s) and a sofa if you have one and still has space for other furniture/yoga/laying on the floor if that's what you're into 😄 Suitable for couples too (in that case the rent will be £1100 pcm)
The house is a big Victorian 4 bed house and has a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden! Minutes away from Hackney Downs park and Stoke Newington high street. Nearest station is Rectory Road overground - 15 minutes to Liverpool Street and bus stops within a 5 minute walk towards Central London and Shoreditch.
About us:
Jade, 26, works in retail (happy to share her discount!) and on her spare time likes to do more creative things such as ceramics. Has an extensive house plant collection and comes with cute and cuddly cat Luna who will be living in the house too.
Lizzie, 25, an Aussie who moved to London in January this year. Works as a paramedic and in her own words "isn't creative at all but come with vague medical advice such as: ask your GP"
Alice, 24, Full time creative student, works as a gardener and a nanny. Is hoping to bring her vege patch to the new house which she built by hand. Also comes with lots of house plants!
About you:
Young professional or a (mature) student. Has their own thing going on but is happy to have a catch up/dinner/glass of wine every now and again. Tidy, respectful, easy going person. Likes cats and doesn't mind having one wandering about the house! Someone who wants to make a house into a home and bring their own flare in the place ☺️
