Room in a cosy flat in a converted chapel

Living room and French doors

We are looking for someone to move in to a room in our lovely flat in Stoke Newington. It’s a two bedroom flat and my boyfriend and I share one room, so we are looking to fill the other as our current flatmate is leaving around mid March.

The room itself is unfurnished but we have an open plan shared living room which is very homely and filled with guitars, books, plants and pictures! It has French doors to a small patio/garden area which we love and a kitchen which is small but well used as we both enjoy cooking (we are vegetarian). It’s in a great building which is a converted chapel and we are good friends with our neighbours.

We are hoping to find someone that is fun, creative, easygoing, progressive, and will want to share the space with us. Would be lovely to find someone who is a friend as well as a flatmate.

I have just finished studying International Development at SOAS and am now working at the Royal Academy and also doing some painting and printmaking.

Will is a charity fundraiser who works two days a week in the office and the rest at home. When he isn’t working he spends most of his time on his film photography.

Both of us love the pub and going out to gigs and the theatre as well as a quiet night in watching trash tv!
