I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my 2 bed flat.
At the moment I am looking for someone who is looking for a short term stay (1-3 months) so please only respond if this works for you.
About the flat:
The flat is in a maisonette on a quiet residential road in Stoke Newington/ Stamford Hill.
The room:
Double, partially furnished and there's also a built in wardrobe in the hallway, if you need additional storage space.. The ideal tenant would be someone who doesn't work from home as the whilst there's a desk in the room, it's not a massive space.
Transport links: 2 min walk to overground (Stamford Hill), 15 min walk to Piccadilly Line (Manor House). Loads of buses from Stokey High Street to the City.
About me:
I'm 30 yrs old, originally from London and work in Advertising in Kings Cross (currently WFH 2/3 days a week, from my bedroom). I’ve lived in Stoke Newington for the last 7yrs, I’ve always lived in flatshares and have made some great friends along the way! I’m easy going, love spending a lot of time in Hackney and make the most of the outdoor space here (swimming in reservoir nearby etc.).
