I have a fully furnished double room to rent in my 2 bedroom flat for a 9 month let from 15 November. The room is a good size and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and book case, as well as under bed storage.

The flat is on a quiet estate a short walk from Stoke Newington Overground station, and has a large shared living room and kitchen and a balcony. The location is great - Stoke Newington Common, Abney Park Cemetery and Clissold Park are all within walking distance, as are the excellent shops, cafes and pubs of Church Street and Stoke Newington High Street. There's also large Morrisons supermarket a short walk away, and the area is very well served by buses.

I'm a 36 year old professional working largely from home at present but gradually migrating back to the office. I'm easy going, respectful and tidy, and it would be great to find someone similar to share my home with.

The room is initially available for 9 months, but may be available for longer. Rent is £870 pcm and includes all bills (inc broadband) and a fortnightly cleaner.
