We have one double room available from mid-November in our terraced house between Dalston and Stoke Newington.

We have been living in this lovely home for two years, but our original housemates are deserting us to move in with their partners. We are now looking for two people to join our 4-bedroom house. You will be sharing it with Bianca, 30, Italian, working in an architecture office in Shoreditch, Arts and crafts enthusiast, always up for watching the latest TV shows on the sofa and Pedro, 30, Brazilian, still working from home. Has just started playing in a flute and clarinet orchestra and spends a big part of the weekend at his boyfriend's. We were initially advertising two rooms, but the upstairs room has already been taken by Gianna, a very friendly 31 old researcher.

The room we have available is on the ground floor and is currently being used as an office - but it has the exact same layout as the upstairs bedroom so you can visualise how it looks like as a room (it is approx. 10m2). The room is UNFURNISHED, but the landlord can provide basic furniture if you need it. Our landlord is very good and responsive, and we've had no problems with them in two years living here.

Costs per month:
- £716 for the room
- £115 worth of bills (water, Internet, council tax, gas/electricity and a weekly cleaner)
- additional few pounds each month for shared stuff (toilet paper, kitchen condiments, cleaning products and so on).

We are looking for people who want to be part of a home, as we value the space we've created together. We're also very open to the idea of someone with a cat.
